Will there be anything new or different for this reunion?
Yes. We will have an all-day picnic on Saturday.
When are registrations and fees due?
All fees are to be paid at time of registration and due by May 30, 2027. All registrations will close on May 30, 2027, at noon.
Do I have to register for the reunion before I can reserve my hotel room?
No. Rooms can be reserved using the link provided on the home page of this site or by calling the hotel, asking for the room rate under the "Penn Rembert Willis Family Reunion".
Is there a limit on the amount of hotel rooms I can reserve?
Yes, a maximum of two rooms per family.
Can I register and pay for the reunion electronically?
Yes, you can register and pay right here on the website. Click the register tab at the top, and you can begin the registration process.
Can I register the traditional way?
Yes.
Can I pay electronically if I use a paper registration copy?
Yes. You can pay electronically if they use a paper registration form.
What is included in the reunion fees?
Activities planned, food provided, t-shirts, reunion admin fees
Is there a continental breakfast provided at the hotel?
Yes. There is a breakfast buffet, and several restaurants are within a 1-mile radius of the host hotel.
Does the hotel provide airport transportation?
No. Please arrange your own transportation via ride share (Uber, Lyft, or taxi), or a rental car (if flying into town).
How far is the airport from the hotel?
BNA - Nashville International Airport- 25 Miles Away, about 36 minutes by car.

Are Refunds Available?
Yes, until March 1, 2027. All venues, hotel, food & t-shirt orders require deposits to which we use these reunion funds to pay. Therefore, we will not provide refunds after this as once we secure these items, refunds are not available to us.
When can we start paying?
Can we pay for individual days?
No. It's all inclusive price.
Is there a church service?
Yes on Sunday. You can bring dress clothes for this.
Is there an itinerary?

Can we pay in installments or set up a payment plan?

Will there be a bus that travels from Mississippi?

Can I pay in cash?
Yes. Only in person. Please contact LaJune White to schedule this.
Can I sponsor a family member or donate to a fund that helps support family members?
Yes. This will be limited to families with four or more children and for seniors over the age of 80.
Can you apply for assistance?
Yes. This will be based on available funds.
